The hotel is brand-new, located in a very nice area close to the Hakata Bus Terminal and main JR railway tracks. It is very convenient and handy, with a massive shopping mall nearby. the rooms come with bath and shower facilities, and there are lots of goodies for breakfast.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. First, the location was ideal as it was near the Hakata station, making it convenient for transportation, but also close enough to explore the attractions of Fukuoka on foot. Second, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. They made check-in and check-out a breeze. Lastly, the room itself was well-equipped with all the amenities listed in the hotel description, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Down a narrow little street, it was easily accessible and you could walk everywhere nearby. the room was quite clean and the bathroom surprisingly spacious with a separate bath and shower. Breakfast was decent with a few local dishes on the menu.

The hotel could really improve on soundproofing. Even though I wasn't facing the train tracks, noise from the nearby streets was a constant disturbance.
